Click "Tools" and then "Master Table Lookup Default." You will be given a dialog box to select the Master Table Lookup Default.

 

How is the Master Table Lookup Default used?

 

The Master Table Lookup Default is used unless you select a lookup method for a specific case. The best way to think of the Master Table Lookup Default is to consider it the "ceiling" for the support amount that will be used in support cases. Example: When the Master Table Lookup Default is "Presumptive" the presumptive child support amount will be used even if combined net incomes exceed $5000. If "Advisory" is used, a support amount for $7000 will be used even if incomes exceed $7000. If "Extrapolated" is used, the extrapolation formula will be used when incomes exceed $7000.
